Thank you for shopping with Everynote. We value your business and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, our policy is outlined below.

We offer a 30-day return policy. This gives you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

Condition: The item must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

Tags: All original tags must remain attached.

Proof of Purchase: You must provide the receipt or valid proof of purchase.
3. How to Start a Return

Once your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label along with specific instructions on where and how to send your package.
Note: Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

4. Damages, Defects, and Errors

5. Non-Returnable Items

6. Exchanges
For the fastest service, we recommend returning the item you have. Once the return is approved, you can place a new, separate order for the desired item.
7. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is in its original condition, unworn, and with tags and packaging intact.
8. Refund Process
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.
